Photo Guidelines

Choose a clear, well-lit photograph at your pet's eye level. Keep the whole head and ears visible and avoid motion blur, heavy filters and harsh shadows.

Choose an original photo

Use the original photo when possible, rather than a screenshot or a copy from social media. For a portrait with multiple pets, upload a separate photo for each pet in the fields provided.

Check the upload

JPEG or PNG is recommended. Follow the file requirements shown on your product page and wait for the upload to finish before adding the portrait to your cart. Check the preview and each pet's name.
