Delivery estimates below apply to US physical shipments after dispatch. Digital artwork requires no shipping.
Artwork preparation and customer review take place before dispatch. We send your artwork preview by email for confirmation. Contact us for the current preparation schedule.

International checkout is not currently enabled for the configured destinations. Contact support@familyandpaw.com before planning an international order; destination availability and rates must be confirmed.
A replacement photo can extend production. We send an artwork proof before printing; a prompt approval helps your order move forward.
Shipments are tracked. We email your tracking number when it becomes available.
Allow additional delivery time during November and December, when carriers handle more parcels.
Please note
- Priority artwork moves your photo forward in the design queue. It does not shorten the carrier’s transit time.
- Check your email for your artwork preview and confirmation request. Preparation time and transit time are separate.
